On the final day of your detox retreat we show you how to create healthy, tasty raw cuisine with raw food. There will be an afternoon raw food class demonstrating the ease and simplicity of raw food preparation. You will receive raw nutritional knowledge along with top tips to enable you to feel fully confident and knowledgeable in preparing raw cuisine. You will also eat a delicious raw meal after the class.

You will understand more about what it means to be raw and what balance to have with cooked food in your diet. You will be fully equipped for making raw nutritional lifestyle choices on your onward journey beyond Anamchara and receive lots of delicious recipes to take home in your own personal Raw Food recipe manual. You will learn how to make tasty meals and even some of your favourite comfort foods, making the transition to every day life post detox, easy, tasty and as enjoyable as possible using Raw Food.

What Is Raw Food?

The raw food diet is a vegan dietary choice that consists of uncooked fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts. These high energy natural foods are often organic in nature, and can be heated up to 40°C whilst still retaining all their vital enzymes and nutrients. A high raw diet of 70% can have tremendous effects on your health and well being. Whether you want to lose weight, retard the ageing process or improve your general health, a diet incorporating raw foods can lead you on a path to tremendous health and vitality, both internally and aesthetically.
